I found this situation not long after I started my college life. The new environment, the new culture, and the few students from the same country made me feel anxious about studying abroad. After that time, I would find it challenging to breathe whenever I saw the ocean or the deep ocean. When diving, I always feel that there are unknown and dangerous creatures in the deep sea.
我在开始我的大学生活后不久就发现了这种情况。新的环境，新的文化，以及为数不多的来自同一个国家的学生，让我对出国留学感到焦虑。从那以后，每当我看到海洋或深海时，我开始感觉呼吸都会成为一项具有挑战性的事情。甚至潜水时我总觉得深海里有未知的危险生物。
Story Introduction / 故事简介
This story is about a ball that loves diving and meets a dark monster in the deep sea. In the story, the glowing ball represents the positive energy of the person, and the dark monster represents the negative emotion. The colorful creatures in the deep sea represent the happiness and help brought by friends. People can be overwhelmed by negative emotions when they are frustrated or anxious, but our friends are always in a good mood to help us through the lonely and sad times.
这个故事讲述了喜欢潜水的主人公（球）在深海游玩时遇到了一个黑色的怪物。在故事中，发光的球代表人的正能量，黑色的怪物代表负面情绪。深海里五颜六色的生物代表着朋友们带来的快乐和帮助。当人们感到沮丧或焦虑时，他们会被负面情绪所淹没，但是我们的朋友总会带着阳光和好心情来帮助我们度过孤独和悲伤。

8) 9) When the monster tried to eat the ball, the ball lit up, and the monster with-drew a little because he was afraid of the light.
10) 11) 12) Then the monster found that the light of the ball could not hurt it, so it began to grow fangs and chase the escaping ball.
13) The monster chased the ball into an inescapable corner and devoured the ball as the picture darkened.
14) After two seconds of darkness and silence, the ball tried to rescue itself. It struggled to light up and make a sound.
15) But it was hard to fight with the darkness.
16) Darkness devours the last light.
17) There were another two seconds of silence as the ball's friends heard its cry for help and broke through the darkness to rescue it.
18) They have fun again in the sea.
